I would like to remind the customer that it will be better if you offer the supplier those material
GERBER DATA
Board thickness
Finish copper thickness if multilayer you should show us the inner copper and out layer copper
Surface finish
Solder mask color
Silk screen color
If could please offer PCB&FPC&FPC structure of FIG.
If the goods requirement is very complex also you need offer 2D drawing to show every tolerance
